Manufacture of animal feed

One of the main directions at Khorolskiy mechanical plant – is equipment for animal feed production. We develop, produce and sell animal feed mills represented by formula-feed mini plants, modular feed mills, animal feed production plants of block configuration and major plants of commercial scale with throughput from 0,7 to 25 t/hour or up to 600 t/hour.

Equipment produced by our company provides an opportunity to equip animal feed mills with optimal configuration for throughput up to 2500 t/day:

Grain driers from 5 to 70 t/h

Grain cleaners and separators from 12 to 300 t/h

Magnetic separators up to 100 t/h

Hammer mills from 0,4 to 22,5 t/h

Grinders from 0,5 to 10 t/h

Mixers from 0,7 to 60 t/h, volume from 50 to 6000 liter

Micro-ingredient dosing systems up to 100 kg/cycle

Dosing hopper scales up to 2 t/cycle

Chain conveyors from 20 to 250 t/h

Screw conveyors from 5 to 150 t/h

Belt conveyors from 5 to 100 t/h

Grain bucket elevators up to 175 t/h, height up to 50 m

Cyclones up to 9000 m3/h

Filters up to 5000 m3/h

Fans up to 9000 m3/h with pressure 1,6 kPa

Our priority is operation of all the plant components with maximum capacity and best available technology. This applies to the whole range of our equipment � transport, cleaning, dosing, grinding, mixing etc.

52 new or renovated animal feed mills with the equipment delivered directly from the Khorolskiy mechanical plant are specified in�the reference list "Animal feed mills". The general list of animal feed mills with our equipment in use is much greater, as the main customers are our dealers and partners who independently design feed mills and build them on a turn-key basis.

Our plant carries out the development of production technology in accordance with customer request, configuration with equipment of own manufacturing, supervised installation, commissioning and training of personnel, control automation.

Throughout the process until the successful start-up of the plant we are in close dialogue and continuous interaction with customer. Our plant is a small, flexible and well-equipped enterprise, we have the opportunity and desire to work individually with every customer starting with direct contacts from the engineer to the Chairman of the Board and finishing with manufacturing of non-standard equipment for specific arrangement and customer requirements.

Due to high level of automation, animal feed mills and plants of our production are easy-to-work, accurate dosing and direct computer control are the strong points of all facilities built with our participation. The complexes are multifunctional and designed for the production of highly homogeneous animal feeds with various mix formulas for farm livestock, poultry and fish.

Despite the fact that reliability of our equipment is confirmed by the real service life of our products, which significantly exceeds the estimated one, the construction and arrangement of our machines are based on maintainability. We apply standard and widely distributed, produced by many manufacturers � electric motors, drive belts, bearings, which can be quickly replaced by customer.

All the manufactured equipment meets the requirements of European quality, safety standards and has the appropriate certificates. We also have all the necessary consent document of Ukraine, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus and Customs Union.
